Interruption of AEB services (resolved)

Incident Report for AEB Cloud

Resolved

At 28th of August 2026 at approx. 10:10 AM CET a broken Network Device sent faulty information into a network backbone. That led to an interruption of AEB services for a few seconds.
The device was immediately isolated (and later removed) and the network worked normally again. Due to the interruption a few customer specific services and mainly database connections disconnected and had to be restored. They are working normally since approx 11 AM CET. Common services continued working as soon as the network was functioning normally again.
