Short-term maintenance work of HMRC's CDS, scheduled 2 weeks ago

Please be advised that we were made aware of a short-term downtime within HMRC’s CDS system which may affect the operation of your AEB Customs Filing system. Please be advised that there will be a service outage of the CDS system on Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 10:30 pm to 00:00 pm.

During this time you will be unable to access HMRC's online, email and XML services.

HMRC have advised that fallback, subject to priority order for manual clearance, will be invoked during this time.

Dutch Customs - AGS disruption resolved

We have been informed that the disruption affecting the Dutch AGS System has now been resolved.

Dutch Customs - AGS notification of disruption

We have been informed of a disruption within the Dutch AGS System and would therefore like to inform you that, at the moment the availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is under investigation.

HMRC - NCTS disruption resolved

HMRC have advised that the issue affecting NCTS has now been resolved.

Please note that there may still be delays in message exchange due to post-processing of accumulated customs messsages. You may not be able to access any LRNs created during the downtime and we would therefore advise you to do them again.

HMRC - NCTS notification of disruption

We have been informed of a disruption within the British HMRCs electronic customs procedure NCTS. We would therefore like to inform you that there may be delays or failures in communication with NCTS.

Due to issues beyond our control, we have decided to invoke the Business Continuity Procedure (Fall Back) until further notice.
